Exciting news of changes to this website.

I have some very exciting news to share. As of the 1st of May 2026 this website will be transitioning to the new name "Authors Monty" in line with our new direction of forming a collaborative community of wordsmiths.

As you may be aware from my previous blog "New Novel Released" John my husband and fellow author has just released his novel "Going to Sophie". We have decided that in moving forward he will be joining me here in the newly re-visioned website "Authors Monty".

Welcome John, I look forward to wonderful things happening here and for this site to gain from your considerable life experience and humour in John's Musings.

For those faithful readers who are still hoping to follow my blogs you are able to still go to SonyaMonty.com as normal as you will be redirected to the new website behind the scenes. We will phase out the old address after some time to give everyone the opportunity to get used to the new address.

This blog will still be retained but with the added value of contributing his musings so there will be some variety on the menu. (as long as there are no hiccups in the re-direction) Please bear with us as we negotiate the changes.

Furthermore, as if that is not enough news. As a way to celebrate both the new direction, and the release of John's Novel "Going to Sophie", we are going to give away four paperback versions of his novel. Details of the how to give yourself the opportunity to win one of them will be in our next blog. So come back soon.
